Vitis Technologies is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Intern to join our team and gain valuable hands-on experience in the dynamic field of managed IT services. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside seasoned professionals, contributing to real-world projects and expanding your knowledge in various areas of information technology.

Requirements

Essential Activities:

• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reported by clients and our monitoring software.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Aid in the deployment and management of cloud computing solutions, such as AWS or Azure.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional IT support and customer service.
• Contribute to documentation efforts, including creating user guides and standard operating procedures.
• Onsite customer support as needed

Prerequisites (i.e. Education, Experience)

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in IT infrastructure, networking, and technology as a whole.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well independently and within a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and concepts.
