The IT Intern will assist the IT team in coordinating various projects and ensuring smooth configuration and operation of our systems.
Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination of IT projects
Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems
Participate in the installation and configuration of network components and devices
Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to system configuration and performance
Create and maintain documentation for Microsoft 365 operations and user guides.
Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations
Generate and update technical documentation and user guides
Qualifications
Basic understanding of IT concepts, including hardware, software, networking, and system configuration
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Atlassian, Jira applications and services
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Technically competent with Microsoft Windows Desktop OS and Hardware/Software/Networking troubleshooting
Ability to support multiple work assignments simultaneously and establish priorities
Must be knowledgeable in office procedures and able to answer questions in a professional and friendly manner
Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience; Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities, including Wireshark, MDOP Tools, Putty, PowerShell, & etc. is also a plus
Education
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
