The Position
IT Intern should be able to prioritize technical issues, manage assigned tasks, document time spent, client and resolutions, while demonstrating patience to describe cause and solutions to end users. Ideal candidates should be very organized with the ability to switch and resume tasks as required. Candidate should have excellent communication capabilities, both verbally and written, with the ability to thrive in an expanding team environment. This can either be a full-time or part-time position during summer months, depending on the intern’s preference.
Provides support for tasks such as scheduling for project and service tickets, imaging of devices, setup of Unifi devices, wiping of old client hard drives, and cleaning up IT Glue documentation, which includes, but not limited to, deleting and/or consolidating firewalls & VRC passwords as needed. This position reports to the Implementations Supervisor.

High School Diploma or GED
Desired Experience
Desktop Support: 1+ years (Preferred)
Customer Service: 1+ years (Preferred)
Technical support in a production IT environment(s), preferably in multi-site environments: 1 year (Preferred)
Mac, Kaseya, ConnectWise, Sophos, SonicWall, Barracuda, Unifi, experience a plus
Compensation: From $16.00 to $25.00 per hour
