AGCO is seeking a highly skilled Internal Audit Manager to oversee and enhance our comprehensive audit program. This pivotal role encompasses a broad range of audit activities, ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our operations. This role requires collaboration with a multinational team and external partners to enhance audit quality and process efficiency.

Your Impact

This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities to ensure the integrity and efficiency of business operations:

• and execute various audit engagements, including operational, financial, and compliance audits.
• the audit lifecycle, from planning to reporting, ensuring thorough coverage and insightful recommendations.
• risks and control gaps, and develop strategic actions to enhance business processes and controls.
• to Enterprise Risk Assessment and risk-based audit development for comprehensive risk coverage.
• expert support to management on ad hoc requests and offer strategic business process advice.
• audit recommendation implementation, collaborating with departments for effective integration into business practices.
  
  

Your Experience And Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or other related professional qualification (required).
• 6+ years of relevant audit experience.
• CPA or CIA highly preferred.
• SOX experience highly preferred.
• Manufacturing experience highly preferred.
• Big 4 experience highly preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Experience with data analytics preferred.
• Experience with Excel, AuditBoard, Copilot, DataSnipper, ACL, Tableau preferred.
