We seek a highly motivated and talented Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone to build their experience in the pump/water well industry while contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the company.


This person will assist in product design, quality control, and production, and will contribute to various stages of project development.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage Integrity Pump’s production schedule and oversee the quality control processes.
  • Create, review, and release orders to the production floor.
  • Assist in the design and development of custom jobs and product development.
  • Conduct basic stress and flow analyses under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Support the selection of materials and components for specific applications.
  • Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, production staff, and quality control.
  • Participate in site visits to assist with installation and address technical issues.
  • Help in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to piping systems.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and documentation for clients and internal teams (which may include hands-on activity on the product floor).


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in machining and/or pipe manufacturing/fabrication is a plus.
  • Possess a natural or developed mechanically inclined approach or skillset.
  • Experience with, or exposure to CNC programming.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., FlexScan [preferred], SolidWorks, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of materials science, fluid dynamics, and thermodynamics.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and codes (e.g., HI, ASME, ANSI, API) is desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.


This role is located in Brownfield, Texas. This is an on-site position with a Monday-Friday work schedule.
