**Role Overview:**

As an IT Systems Administrator at Hi-Tech Electric Company, you will oversee internal IT projects, communications, security audits and implementations, network design, and process documentation. You will provide daily operations support for the company's computer systems and its 250+ employees across two office buildings in Portage, MI, and one in Fort Wayne, IN.


**Key Responsibilities:**


- **Microsoft Office 365 Administration:**

 - Manage global administration, primarily supporting Outlook email, SharePoint, Teams, and MFA security for logins.


- **Google Workspace Environment Administration:**

 - Administer Google Workspace, including user management, security settings, and application integration.

 - Manage Gmail, Google Drive, Google Meet, and other Workspace applications to ensure smooth operations and communication.

 - Implement and enforce security policies, including two-step verification and data loss prevention (DLP).


- **SharePoint Management:**

 - Maintain SharePoint portal for organizing references, training materials, and other resources.

 - Provide IT-related training to all employees.


- **Webmaster Duties:**

 - Manage public customer-facing websites, including online marketing and advertising.

 - Manage internal website portals and SSL certificates


- **Mobile Device Management (MDM) and (MAM):**

 - Assign iPads, iPhones, and Androids to users, purchase and push iPadOS apps, and locate lost devices.

 - Handle cellular plans (VZN and TMO), order mobile devices, and assign data plans.

 - Familiarity with IBM Maas360 a plus



- **Help Desk Support:**

 - Provide support for Windows 10/11 OS, including laptop and hardware repairs, software licensing, and troubleshooting.

 - Install and troubleshoot network printers.

 - Manage Watchguard EDPR anti-virus and patch management.


- **Server Administration:**

 - Administer on-premise domain controllers and virtual servers in Hyper-V and ESXi environments running on Dell hardware.


- **WatchGuard Firewall Management:**

 - Update and manage WatchGuard firewall security settings and firmware.

 - Establish site-to-site and client VPNs, and manage redundant ISP setups.

 - Implement enterprise security features, including web filtering, AV scanning, and bandwidth rate limiting.


- **Unifi Network Device Management:**

 - Configure and manage Unifi network devices, including switches, Wi-Fi access points, and security gateways.

 - Monitor and optimize network performance and connectivity.


- **Cloud Services Administration:**

 - Oversee Windows and Linux application updates, system backups, recovery, upgrades, and migrations.


- **Security and Surveillance:**

 - Administer card access and video surveillance servers, manage credentials, access levels, and IP cameras.


- **IP Phone System Administration**

 - Manage Zultys cloud hosted PBX users, call groups, voicemail, and other features.

 - Program IP phones and provide end user support .


- **Line of Business Application Support:**

 - Support applications for accounting, estimating, project management, systems integration, warehouse/inventory, engineering, and service departments.

 - Experience supporting these applications is a plus: Office 365, ConEst Intellibid, Trimble Accubid, Bluebeam Revu, ComputerEase Accounting Software, Adobe Acrobat, S2 security, Milestone VMS, ServiceFusion, AutoDesk applications


- **Inventory Management:**

 - Order and maintain inventory of users and their assigned hardware.

 - Report on data/device/email usage and malware threats.

 - Manage warranty subscriptions and repairs


**Skills and Qualifications:**

- Extensive experience in IT project management and execution.

- CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications strongly preferred.

- Azure Cloud Migration and Management experience preferred.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, SharePoint, Teams, and MFA security.

- Knowledge of web development and online marketing.

- Strong skills in mobile device management, help desk support, and server administration.

- Familiarity with network security, firewall management, and VPN setups.

- Experience with WatchGuard firewall and Unifi network devices is a plus.

- Experience in cloud services administration, backup/recovery, and system migrations.

- Ability to manage security and surveillance systems.

- Excellent organizational skills for inventory and hardware management.

- Effective communication skills for training and support.
