TSG is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to join a top banking client for an exciting remote, contracted opportunity. Job Title: Business Planning and Support Specialist (Technical Project Coordinator)

Job Duration: 12 month contract (potential extensions)

Start Date: 7/2 (pending background check + drug screening)

The Requirements:

  • Should be experienced working on Information Technology projects (strong understanding of SDLC), understanding technology terms & requirements.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office product suite - Powerpoint, Excel (to gather data within excel, do analysis, create pivot tables, do V-lookups) Project, Sharepoint, Teams, etc.
  • Able to work autonomously with Senior Leaders on both Technology & Business side, clarifying requirements, defining metrics, quantifying outcomes, etc.
  • Should be detail oriented, able to analyze data & metrics, accountable, organized, and self-driven.


The Duties:

This role is responsible for orchestrating and overseeing essential activities related to intake, workforce, financial, and vendor management, spanning both operational and project-based work. This position works alongside senior staff (delivery leads, scrum masters, project managers, product management, and technology leadership) to track, research, and manage information in the activity areas of workforce management, financial management, vendor management, operations, and control/compliance.


  • Collaborates with senior staff (delivery leads, product leaders, technology leaders, etc.) to facilitate the intake and organization of new operational and project-based work, including capturing relevant information required for review & prioritization.
  • Manages Executive level reporting on ongoing activities, including organizing essential documents, gathering & summarizing updates from Technology Leaders and Delivery team, translating outcome to business value, tracking open action items, documenting & publishing key meeting discussions.
  • Assists delivery and technology leaders with coordinating activities needed to align quarterly and annual planning sessions with strategic objectives, roadmaps, and budgeting for the technology organization.
  • Facilitate and coordinate department level activities like organizing offsite meetings & agenda, learning sessions, newsletters, etc. working with senior leaders.
  • Ensures seamless management and reporting of workforce changes, including verifying adequate funding for staffing changes, maintaining alignment across financial and planning systems, and enhancing transparency through workforce metric reporting.
  • Facilitates vendor management activities by processing and monitoring purchase orders, SOWS, and contracts. Proactively tracks and follows up on vendor/consultant onboarding, offboarding, and extension activities.
  • Supports delivery team as needed to maintain compliance to delivery and enterprise controls and standards, ensure all projects meet quality standards and compliance including SDLC, Project Management Lifecycle, Agile Standards, etc.
