Position Overview
PADF seeks a motivated Information Technology Intern to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for an individual passionate about technology, information management systems, cloud-base digital applications, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence, and who is eager to contribute to our mission of supporting vulnerable populations across the hemisphere. This position is expected to last 90 days.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Develop a framework in collaboration with technology and MEL staff on data collection and analysis.
Engage in research and present findings on emergent AI models and datasets that could benefit technology operations.
Support the development and implementation of new software applications for the Organization.
Collaborate with team members on technology projects to improve systems and processes.
Final Project: By the end of the internship, submit a comprehensive report that includes:
A framework for data collection, reporting and analytics
A series of short videos designed for social media, highlighting various aspects of PADF's work.
Required Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
Keen interest in technology and innovation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
Fluency in English and proficiency in either Spanish or Portuguese is highly desirable.
Hourly Rate: $17.50
