Job Overview: Our highly competitive internship program provides candidates with the opportunity to gain the best hands-on experience banking has to offer. Fidelity Bank offers real-world opportunities to work in the Information Technology department for Fall 2024. The paid internship program will be completed over a 16-week period beginning August through December 2024, scheduled to work between 20 and 40 hours per week.
The Candidate For This Position Will Be Responsible For
Assisting with daily operational tasks
Assisting with end-user support
Assisting with vulnerability management and vendor oversight
Working to maintain the Bank’s IT Infrastructure
Assisting with imaging PCs, completing PC moves and branch remodel setups
Assisting desktop technicians and the Help Desk complete daily work order assignments and tasks at any of our locations
Requirements For The Position Include
A high school diploma (or equivalent)
A general understanding of PC setup and configuration, general knowledge of network printers, cell phones and other related peripheral equipment
Strong customer service skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Basic computer skills and ten key
