Our client is a financial services firm in Manhattan.


MUST HAVE:

  • At least 3 years of backed Workday experience
  • Experience with testing, configurations, and running reports in various Workday modules
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)


The responsibilities include:

  • Provide daily operational support to end-users in Workday
  • Manage day-to-day maintenance of HRIS systems, Workday
  • Responsible for supporting, understanding, and maintaining Workday system and functionality
  • Support Workday feature release updates and enhancements
  • Create ad-hoc reports and queries for end-users


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in an HRIS role.
  • At least 3+ year of back end Workday experience, including testing, configurations, and running reports.
  • Ability to quickly learn and embrace new toolsets.
  • Ability to advise and question, as well as analyze and execute.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, a high degree of initiative and creativity with a quality focus and strong attention to detail.


The annual base salary range is $100,000-$120,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
