Our client is a financial services firm in Manhattan.
MUST HAVE:
At least 3 years of backed Workday experience
Experience with testing, configurations, and running reports in various Workday modules
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
The responsibilities include:
Provide daily operational support to end-users in Workday
Manage day-to-day maintenance of HRIS systems, Workday
Responsible for supporting, understanding, and maintaining Workday system and functionality
Support Workday feature release updates and enhancements
Create ad-hoc reports and queries for end-users
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in an HRIS role.
At least 3+ year of back end Workday experience, including testing, configurations, and running reports.
Ability to quickly learn and embrace new toolsets.
Ability to advise and question, as well as analyze and execute.
Effective problem-solving skills, a high degree of initiative and creativity with a quality focus and strong attention to detail.
The annual base salary range is $100,000-$120,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
