As part of our 2025 Graduate Program, we are seeking business graduates interested in pursuing a career in human resource to join our growing team. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience and develop key skills essential for future success.
What to expect:
Assist with the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and assist with organising staff events and activities.
Provide administrative support for various HR functions, such as maintaining employee records and processing documentation.
Assist with training and development programmes, including coordinating training sessions and tracking employee progress.
Participate in HR projects aimed at enhancing organisational processes and policies.
