Description:

McGregor Gourlay is excited to announce the opening of our Graduate Program 2025, offering a unique opportunity for talented graduates to kick-start their career in the agricultural industry. As part of our 2025 Graduate Program, we are seeking business graduates interested in pursuing a career in human resource to join our growing team. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience and develop key skills essential for future success.

What to expect:

• Assist with the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and assist with organising staff events and activities.
• Provide administrative support for various HR functions, such as maintaining employee records and processing documentation.
• Assist with training and development programmes, including coordinating training sessions and tracking employee progress.
• Participate in HR projects aimed at enhancing organisational processes and policies.
