Tyton Holdings is looking for a motivated hands on HR Assistant who comes with some experience but is willing to learn and grow more. The ideal candidate would be professional, have strong customer service skills, detail orientated, strong writing skills, have initiative, be dependable, is extremely adaptable, not afraid of hard work, and willing to jump in and help out with any task.
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 (based on fit and experience)
Responsibilities:
Assist with on-boarding all new hires with paperwork, training, etc
Schedules safety training
Assist with off-boarding employees
Track and schedule hours for new hires in training
Issuing and taking inventory of PPE
Assist with employee disciplinary action and terminations
Coordinating new applicants interviews, drug tests, and background checks
Administrative duties such as mailings, office organization, scanning bills, etc
Lead by example and enforce company policies
Support and assist in responding to department inquiries
Monitor emails
Assist with quality control
Auditing
Updating paperwork and improving or development new policies or paperwork as assigned
Research
Work closely with management and corporate on needs
Daily organization and updating tracking spreadsheets
Other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements:
Must have strong communication skills
Work in the Addison corporate office (this is not a remote position)
Must have a Bachelors Degree
Extremely detailed oriented
Strength in professionalism and customer service skills
Ability to multi task in a very fast paced environment
