We are seeking a Controller with experience managing several select service hotels from a centralized location who is strong with M3.

Responsibilities
As a Permanent Hospitality Corporate Controller, you will be responsible for
Overseeing all financial operations, including AP, AR, payroll, and banking.
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements related to financial operations.
Developing and implementing strategic financial plans to support the company's growth and profitability objectives.
Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and providing actionable insights.
Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
Managing the company's budgeting process, including the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial projections.
Leading the accounts receivable and accounts payable teams, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all transactions.
Implementing and maintaining financial reporting systems, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Collaborating with other department leaders to drive process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA or other relevant certification is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Engineering industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP.
Experience with financial reporting systems such as SAP, Sun, Sage, Inflow, Opera, OnQ, Fosse, Skytouch, SynXis, and ChoiceAdvantage.
Proven experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
Strong leadership skills, with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
