We are seeking a dynamic, direct and experienced Head of Sales who will be responsible for building a team of exceptional sales professionals and directing them in the development of their individual sales plans to meet the company sales goals.
Qualifications
What makes you the ideal candidate:
Minimum 10 years sales management experience with a history of building and coaching a high performing sales team
Must have 5+ Years of experience in the Experiential Marketing or Custom Design & Build industries
Experience in handling - and coaching others to handle - consultative selling
Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask

Recruits, hires, and trains A-players to deliver on Sales goals
Provides constructive coaching daily to team members
Develops and executes strategic plans to achieve sales targets
Work collaboratively across teams inclusive of Marketing, Project Management and Fabrication
Builds and maintains long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs
Creates effective dashboards and metrics reporting to communicate progress against goals to senior management
Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals
Investigate industry-specific trends
Develops strategies to achieve sales at price levels to ensure profitability
Strategically targets and cultivates new client partnerships
Manages key agency accounts as Account Director, working with Marketing, Project Management, Design & Tech Leads to ensure flawless execution and fulfillment of client objectives
