Accuracy is an independent international advisory firm founded in Paris in 2004. We are over 700 Accuracians across 13 countries, with our U.S. operations headquartered in New York and expanding nationwide. We are now actively recruiting Analysts to serve our multidisciplinary business areas tailored to the U.S. and international markets.


As an Analyst at Accuracy with our U.S. team, you will have the opportunity to engage in a diverse range of mandates. These include valuations, damage quantifications, delay & cost-overrun analyses on construction projects and support to clients in mergers and acquisitions.

  • Join a multidisciplinary team without silos where you will participate in many types of mandates and discover different industries.

  • Actively participate in the development of our global practice in construction advisory and dispute resolution mandates.

  • Expand your global professional network through seminars, continuous training sessions and cross-office initiatives, fostering our "One Firm" approach.
  • Participate in exciting and challenging projects, with opportunities to make a meaningful impact on society and the environment.
  • Attend the Accuracy School along with all new analysts around the world, comprising two weeks of training in Paris and another European location. The Accuracy School combines theoretical training, team case studies and social events.

ABOUT YOU


  • Genuine interest in problem solving and involvement in projects that cover sectors such as energy, infrastructure, industrial, transport, aerospace, real estate, etc.
  • Numerical and analytical skills, commercial awareness and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in construction, engineering, or finance from an accredited university.
  • Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills (fluency in multiple languages is a plus).
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and project management (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) skills are valued.
  • Humility, curiosity, enthusiasm, willingness to learn and work in a team.
  • Experience of six months or more in engineering, energy, infrastructure, project management, banking, audit, finance/accounting and/or consulting is advantageous.
  • Basic programming knowledge is a plus.
