Our TPA client is seeking a General Liability/Commercial Auto Claims Supervisor for their Remote team. This person will be responsible for:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of up to 4 commercial auto and general liability claims adjusters, providing guidance, training, and support.
Oversee the adjudication of commercial auto and general liability claims, ensuring accurate and timely determination of coverage, liability, and damages.
Review complex and high-value claims, providing direction and resolution strategies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Serve as a point of escalation for complex or high-profile claims, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
Requirements
5 years of experience handling general liability, commercial auto, and 1st & 3rd property claims
1 or more years of experience in a leadership/supervisory role; Team Leads are encouraged to apply
Home state Adjuster's License is required. As many licenses as possible a plus!
Salary/Benefits
$ 90,000 - $95,000 + annual salary (based on experience)
