Well-funded and growing startup is looking for a Senior or Staff Level Full-Stack Engineer to join their team! You will work closely with the CTO and lead 4 other developers from a technical standpoint. This role offers a unique opportunity to become a foundational member of our engineering team, working on cutting-edge projects that push the boundaries of video streaming technology. Job Details
Responsibilities
Design and develop robust, scalable full-stack solutions from inception to deployment
Build and optimize backend services using Rust and Go
Develop and maintain efficient front-end applications using TypeScript and Node.js
Leverage CloudFlare for performance optimization and security
Collaborate with the CTO and other senior leaders to define technical specifications for new features
Conduct thorough code reviews, debugging, and implement bug fixes
Experiment with new technologies and development boards to drive innovation
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products under tight schedules
Requirements
BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field with 3-5 years of relevant experience (ideally founding engineer or CTO)
Proven experience building out a product 0 to 1 in a startup setting
Strong experience with Rust and/or Go for backend development
Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Node.js for front-end and server-side development
Familiarity with CloudFlare for CDN, security, and performance enhancements
Proven track record of building and deploying scalable, high-performance applications
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex system architectures
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
Passion for innovative video streaming products and technologies
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow into a leadership role within the company
