Your Key Responsibilities
You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will embrace constantly evolving tasks and priorities. This will include research, test planning, test conduct, data collection, and data analysis, in support of flight test programs.
You will become a key contributor with rapidly increasing levels of responsibility.
As a Flight Test Engineer, you will be working alongside highly skilled and experienced engineers while also demonstrating your ability to work independently. Your contributions will directly impact our team’s success and drive innovation in the field.

You will be expected to utilize novel approaches to solve complex and challenging problems.
You will collaborate with other engineers, and with other divisions within Honda Aircraft Company. This will require strong communication skills, and a desire to learn and contribute.
Qualifications
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, or related field of study.
Private Pilot License preferred, or strong passion for aviation.
5+ years of Part 23/25 Flight Test Experience.
Demonstrate a passion for working on diverse and challenging projects and display a positive attitude to collaborate with Team members to achieve common goals.
