Finance Director

-Hybrid Schedule: 3 days a week in office at our World Headquarters in Downtown Milwaukee-

The Finance Director will provide strategic consultation and collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team, on setting the commercial finance direction for the business, including developing pricing strategies, profit improvement programs, risk management and mitigation strategies, etc.

Making an Impact:

• Provides strategic insights, financial information, and guidance that will allow Leaders to make the best business decisions for the company.
• Ensure forecasting (revenue, margin, profit) for the business is accurate and accurately reflects market dynamics by incorporating a broad range of inputs.
• Continually review and evaluate opportunities for continuous improvement in all financial processes to ensure robust financial controls are deployed consistently across the country and financial risks are appropriately managed and mitigated. Implement changes to ensure the most effective and efficient processes.
• Help drive growth by ensuring preparation and analysis of operational and financial reports.
• Analyze capital investments opportunities as well as provide direct support on all M&A opportunities within the country.

Sharing Expertise:

• Inspire and lead a team of commercial finance professionals (both on-shore and off-shore) to deliver North America Finance goals and objectives.
• Ensure the team has the right capabilities to meet fast-changing business needs.

Gaining Exposure:

• Partner with country senior management teams to grow the overall business.
• Provide strategic consultation and collaborate with Leadership and their SLT on setting the commercial finance direction for the country, including developing pricing strategies, profit improvement programs, risk management and mitigation strategies, etc

Your Typical Day:

• Researches market & industry trends and correlates into strategic insights and guidance and presents to business leadership to identify opportunities to accelerate profitable growth.
• Other accountabilities as assigned

Required:

• 8+ years Finance experience; 5+ years in Finance leadership capacity

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Experience supporting commercial leaders in finance capacity

Nice to Have:

• MBA or graduate level degree

• Experience building best in class commercial finance processes & procedures

This position is based in our Global Headquarters located in downtown Milwaukee.
