You will deliver top-notch training for aircraft maintenance flight operations and final assembly on cutting-edge 4th and 5th generation fighter aircraft.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and conduct comprehensive training sessions for aircraft maintenance flight operations and final assembly, ensuring all production employees and field support personnel are proficient.
Develop criteria to assess the effectiveness of training activities and continuously refine programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
Execute and maintain company-wide training initiatives using the Atlas learning management system, ensuring consistent process discipline and operational excellence.
Maintain current knowledge of the latest technical advancements, training methodologies, and audiovisual techniques, and update courseware accordingly.
Work closely with supervisors to determine training and certification needs, and coordinate with Subject Matter Experts to develop and revise training content.
Prepare classrooms, set up training materials, and develop and update lesson plans and training aids to meet new training requirements.
