Provide exceptional customer service, maintain a flexible work schedule and use independent judgement and reasoning to support the highest level of quality and service delivery.
Manage all preventative maintenance and system upgrades of instrumentation at the customer site and provide troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Manage expectation and timeline of customers.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in electro-mechanical equipment; preferably medical device.
Associate Degree or equivalent experience.
Available to travel 70% and work remotely.
Associates degree, technical degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years’ experience in technical engine or power transmission services or other oil and Gas experience
