Role Description
We're looking for a high-performing team member to join our field operations team to oversee our robots on customer projects across the US. In this role, you will be on customer projects overseeing/operating the robots, troubleshooting, and providing technical support for our robotics systems. You must be comfortable working at heights and getting your hands dirty.
Qualifications
Field Service, Troubleshooting, and Technical Support skills
Construction industry experience is strongly preferred
Experience working with survey stations is strongly preferred
Strong customer service skills
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team
An electrical or mechanical engineering background is preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or trade experience
