Dometic Marine's facility in Litchfield, Illinois is our main distribution center that manages the packaging and distribution of aftermarket marine and OPE industrial products.
Facilities Project Coordinator will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop project plans, assist to execute those plans in partnership with cross-functional teams, communicate progress and obstacles associated with each project, and ensure risks are mitigated to deliver completed projects based on resources, budgets, and timelines. This role will also assist the EHS and Maintenance teams with administrative tasks that relate to facilities projects.
Main Responsibilities:
Defining project scopes, goals, and deliverables for each project
Set and maintain project budgets from creation, adjustments, and final close out
Calculate the financial analysis for cost savings opportunities
Monitor and reporting project progress, and eliminating barriers to project success
Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. Contracts and Terms of Agreement)
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
