Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an FAA Certified Flight Instructor (CFI). CFIs are responsible ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and requirements and managing customer relationships. CFIs work closely with flight instructors, students, mechanics, managers and administrative staff to ensure student success, safety, and smooth business operation.

Qualifications

• FAA Single Engine Commercial pilot certificate (required)
• FAA Certified Flight Instructor Certificate (CFI) (required)
• FAA 3rd Class Medical (required)
• Strong Interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in as part of a team in a dynamic environment
• Ability to understand and execute training objectives using syllabus and lesson plans
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of FAA regulations and procedures
• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, or related field preferred but not required
