We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior VP International Sales Head to spearhead our sales initiatives for the U.S. market.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets effectively.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability within the sales team.
  • Enhance sales processes and methodologies for improved efficiency.
  • Take charge of the profit and loss responsibility for international sales.
  • Create and manage budgets, business plans, and financial forecasts.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement necessary actions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and operations teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and customers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and opportunities in digital media measurement.
  • Utilize expertise in data analytics to position our solutions effectively.
  • Leverage Microsoft Data Analytics stack knowledge to drive sales and provide insights.
  • Expand business with existing clients through targeted initiatives.
  • Build a strong network of industry contacts, clients, and partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 15-20 years of progressive sales experience in enterprise software solutions.
  • Proven success in sales leadership and revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in enterprise sales, cloud management, data analytics, and IT services.
  • Understanding of data analytics, enterprise performance management, and digital media measurement.
  • Experience in global sales coordination and cross-functional team management.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Data Analytics stack and its market applications.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Business acumen and ability to analyze market trends.

Work Setting

  • HYBRID Role - on-site required in Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA
  • Salary plus commission.
