Reporting to the Vice Chancellor and Chief Financial Officer, Information Technology Services (ITS) delivers Enterprise information technology services to the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) under the leadership of the campus Chief Information Officer (CIO). Information Technology Services (IT Services) uses world-class services and technologies to empower UC San Diego's mission to transform California and the world as a student-centered, research-focused, service-oriented public university. Under general direction from the Deputy CIO, the Executive Director serves as the Service Owner for Enterprise Network and Voice Services, part of UC San Diego’s Next Generation Network (NGN). The Executive Director will partner closely with administrative, IT and academic leaders, as well as world-class researchers, to further the University’s Educational, Research, Patient Care and Public Service missions. Leading a staff of 60+ employees and managing a $30M+ budget, this position will serve on the CIO's Senior Management Team (SMT), contributing to strategic, organizational, and executive level oversight for ongoing operatio
