Gulfstream Staffing is partnered with a nationally recognized nonprofit mental health organization that has locations in five states. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Executive Director opportunity at an established residential facility near Kankakee, IL. The Executive Director is responsible for directing and supervising the management of clinical programming and directly related activities on-site.
Position: Executive Director

Executive Director Responsibilities
Provide agency leadership and oversight of all operations
Lead, coach, and develop employees
Actively involved in promoting public relations and marketing with the community, developing a strong referral base
Provide oversight to budgeting and census performance
Executive Director Qualifications:
Master's Degree in a related discipline preferred
Clinical License preferred
5+ years of senior leadership experience in a related field
7+ years of experience with children and youth in a clinical setting
Executive Director Details:
Competitive Salary ($150k+ Starting)
Annual Bonus (10-15%)
