Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Operations Manager to lead and optimize our company's day-to-day activities in the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing operational functions, driving efficiency, and ensuring compliance with regulations. They will play a pivotal role in managing teams, implementing process improvements, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership: Lead and oversee all operational activities within the United States, ensuring support, and performance feedback to foster growth and development.

Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of operations professionals, providing guidance, and reduce costs, implementing improvements as needed.

Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, operations, including safety, environmental, and labor standards.

Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing equipment, and budgets, optimizing utilization and minimizing waste.

Resource Allocation: Manage resources effectively to meet operational needs, including personnel,

Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to maintain product/service quality and customer satisfaction, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement. with overall company direction and market trends.

Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of operational strategies and objectives, aligning

Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance, analyzing data and trends to drive informed decision-making.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain, to ensure operational alignment and support business growth.

Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the operations team, encouraging creative problem-solving and proactive initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve objectives.
  • Thorough understanding of relevant regulations and standards governing operations in the United States.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with a track record of successfully leading complex projects
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing competing priorities and driving results.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen, with a focus on driving operational excellence and delivering value to the organization.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, Lean Management) are a plus
