A Global Advisory firm is actively recruiting for a high-caliber, bright and experienced Executive Assistant to act as a right hand to their visionary CEO. In this incredible role, you will have the opportunity to form true partnerships with leaders within the firm and be a key player in ensuring the CEO's initiatives are on track. This will include providing excellent day-to-day support, ensuring important meetings, materials, deadlines, and details are executed. ***This role 5 days/week onsite located in midtown Manhattan
Responsibilities
Complex calendar management and meeting coordination for CEO
Communicate and build a strong rapport with key stakeholders internally and externally
Prepare presentation materials, draft documents, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
Plan and schedule frequent domestic and international travel itineraries for the CEO
Track expenses and prepare corresponding reports
Collaborate with the broader administrative team on process improvements and streamlining workflow
Manage and track ongoing projects assigned by COS and CEO
Qualifications
10+ years of administrative support in a large organization supporting C-suite professionals
Proficiency in MS Word, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in project management and relationship management
Strong detail-orientation and organizational skills a must
Ability to proactively collaborate with team members but also solve problems independently
Highly motivated, self-starting approach to all tasks
