Executive Assistant to CEO - Global Advisory/Communications Firm - Salary + Bonus + Awesome benefits and Culture!


A Global Advisory firm is actively recruiting for a high-caliber, bright and experienced Executive Assistant to act as a right hand to their visionary CEO. In this incredible role, you will have the opportunity to form true partnerships with leaders within the firm and be a key player in ensuring the CEO's initiatives are on track. This will include providing excellent day-to-day support, ensuring important meetings, materials, deadlines, and details are executed. ***This role 5 days/week onsite located in midtown Manhattan


Responsibilities

  • Complex calendar management and meeting coordination for CEO
  • Communicate and build a strong rapport with key stakeholders internally and externally
  • Prepare presentation materials, draft documents, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Plan and schedule frequent domestic and international travel itineraries for the CEO
  • Track expenses and prepare corresponding reports
  • Collaborate with the broader administrative team on process improvements and streamlining workflow
  • Manage and track ongoing projects assigned by COS and CEO


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of administrative support in a large organization supporting C-suite professionals
  • Proficiency in MS Word, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in project management and relationship management
  • Strong detail-orientation and organizational skills a must
  • Ability to proactively collaborate with team members but also solve problems independently
  • Highly motivated, self-starting approach to all tasks
