About the Role:

The Events Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all event-related activities at Robin AI. This includes but is not limited to, industry conferences, corporate events, and other promotional activities. The ideal candidate will be an experienced events manager or project manager with a proven track record in logistics, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

What you'll do:

  • Event Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive event plans for major industry events, such as CLOC, ensuring all logistical details are meticulously managed.
  • Creative Strategy: Bring unique and creative ideas to capture and engage our target audience effectively.
  • Budget Management: Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while achieving event goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Crisis Management: Handle last-minute issues, such as logistical delays, with quick thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as required to manage on-site event activities (comfortable with travel to the US).
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct post-event analysis to measure success and gather insights for future improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in event management or project management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong logistical, organizational and problem solving skills.
  • Experience with budget forecasting and financial management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think on your feet and handle unforeseen challenges effectively

Compensation at Robin AI

  • Salary: $95,000 - $115,000
  • Generous Equity package: When you help build Robin AI, everyone deserves to be an owner.
  • Please Note: If your salary expectations look a little different to that outlined, we'd still be keen to hear from you if this is a role that excites you and one that you think you could really excel in.

Robin AI cannot offer sponsorship in the US but we can provide visa transfer/extension.

Please note that this role is based out of our New York Office and is not eligible for remote hiring.
