Job Description:

As an Event Promotions Assistant at Tribeca Outsourcing, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our clients' visions to life. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events from conception to completion. This includes liaising with vendors, managing logistics, coordinating marketing efforts, and ensuring seamless on-site execution. You'll have the chance to work on a diverse range of events, from corporate conferences to community festivals, making each experience unique and rewarding.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the promotions team to develop innovative event concepts and strategies.
  • Assist in the logistical planning of events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and equipment logistics.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts to drive attendance and engagement before, during, and after events.
  • Manage event budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Provide on-site support during events, overseeing set-up, operations, and attendee experiences.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in event planning, promotions, or related field is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences to clients and attendees.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
