About the role:

Location: San Francisco

Scope: Full-time contract position

We are seeking a 5rockstar, creative Event Producer who brings magic into everything they do. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and production of live corporate events for several of Escape the Routine (ETR)’s clients, in San Francisco and across the US. You’ll play a key role from design to logistics to execution for each event.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research, venue scout, and participate in brainstorming sessions & client meetings
• Liaise between client, internal teams, and event partners to ensure events are completed on time & on budget
• Communicate a client's vision & collaborate internally to develop creative concepts & implement clear plans of action to meet client’s objectives
• Manage events on-site working with venues, event staff and vendors, while representing ETR through professional client and vendor communication
• Manage all event-related responsibilities, realize the aesthetic vision of the event as well as production needs
• Manage all elements of event set-up and tear down, ensure all decor and production equipment (florals, furniture, lighting etc.) are properly placed, handled and stored
• Respond to client and vendor inquiries on-site
• Own budgets & timelines, offering suggestions for efficiencies & feasibility

QUALIFICATIONS

You are right for this role if you:

• Are based in San Francisco, CA
• Have 2+ years of event production experience owning the vision, execution, logistics, and event budget
• Take pride in providing top notch hospitality at every touchpoint
• Experience using Google Workspace, Notion, Canva, and Salesforce a plus.
• Excel in multitasking, problem solving, and have strong communication skills
• Are highly organized, can manage time effectively and thrive in fast paced environments
• Are able to work effectively under pressure with tight deadlines, adapt to unforeseen
• circumstances and willing to work non-standard hours/weekends
• A creative, forward thinker with a passion for designing spaces
• Love hosting and bringing people together
