We're a tried and true General Contracts firm, based in Dallas. We specialize in multi family, outside of our specialty, we also do commercial, restoration, assisted living and single family communities. We have a ton of projects lined up and looking to add to our pipeline.

What You Will Be Doing

• Construction bids and preconstruction focus for wood frame, multi-family projects
• Representing company at industry events and establishing good relationships w/ vendors, subs, owners, investors

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for developing conceptual estimates and budgets for construction projects. You will work with subcontractors and vendors to review bids, select the best options, and analyze cost trends. You will also be responsible for preparing and managing construction documents, managing design processes, and providing technical support.

What You Need for this Position

• Minimum 5 years experience as Estimator or Pre-Construction Manager in multi family units
• Experience with projects $15M - $50M
• Multi Family experience is necessary, preferably with wood frame experience
• Work as a General Contractor is not necessary but strongly preferred
