Estimator/Preconstruction Manager

We are a close-knit general contracting company based in Dallas, TX. Founded in 2004, we specialize in Multi-Family, but have various commercial, assisted living, restoration, and now a single family community under our belt. We have a ton of projects lined up and looking to add to our pipeline.

What You Will Be Doing

• Construction bids and preconstruction focus for wood frame, multi-family projects
• Representing company at industry events and establishing good relationships w/ vendors, subs, owners, investors
  
  

What You Need for this Position

• Minimum 5 years experience as Estimator or Pre-Construction Manager in multi family units
• Experience with projects $15M - $50M
• Multi Family experience is necessary, preferably with wood frame experience
• Work as a General Contractor is not necessary but strongly preferred
