Responsibilities
Conduct risk assessments to identify potential risks across various business units.
Analyze data to evaluate the severity of identified risks and their potential impact on operations.
Develop risk mitigation strategies and recommend controls to minimize exposure.
Assist in the implementation and monitoring of risk management policies and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure risk management practices are integrated into business processes.
Prepare reports and presentations on risk assessment findings and mitigation strategies for management review.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to risk management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset towards problem-solving.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
Internship or coursework in risk management or related field is a plus.
Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and tools.
Certification(s) in risk management (e.g., ARM, CRM) is a bonus.
