Entry Level Associate - Dickinson & Gibbons, P.A., a Sarasota, Florida based litigation firm, seeks an entry level associate attorney, with excellent research and writing skills. Candidates would be expected to conduct research and prepare written motions, briefs, and memoranda on complex issues. The associate could also be given the opportunity to be involved in complex civil litigation and trial work, including cases involving professional liability, consumer protection, business litigation, insurance, and general civil litigation. This is primarily an in-office position, but some remote work is permitted.
