Employee Relations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations and/or act as integral part of formal investigations
• Review, organize, and analyze data, providing recommendations and solutions to management based on business knowledge
• Work directly with management on RIFs and terminations
• Partner directly with management to resolve disciplinary actions, including written warnings and performance improvement plans
• Collaborate in the development of organizational talent by actively participating in annual talent assessments, talent reviews, promotions, workforce planning, and salary planning relative to client group

Qualifications

• 7+ years of employee relations experience
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and conflict resolution skills
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
• Strong organization, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office - specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
