Embedded Systems Engineer

Roles And Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing embedded software systems and applications.
- Collaborating with hardware and software engineers to define system architecture and requirements.
- Developing and debugging firmware for microcontrollers and microprocessors.
- Conducting system integration and testing to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Optimizing embedded software for performance, power, and memory usage.
- Participating in code reviews and ensuring code quality through unit testing.
- Documenting design, implementation, and testing details for reference and compliance purposes.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for embedded systems in development and production phases.
- Staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to embedded systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience in embedded systems design and development.
- Proficiency in C/C++ programming languages for embedded applications.
- Familiarity with microcontrollers, microprocessors, and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
- Experience with communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, and CAN.
- Strong understanding of hardware/software interfaces and debugging techniques.
- Knowledge of embedded development tools and environments (e.g., IDEs, debuggers, oscilloscopes).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
