We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and detail-oriented Electrical Hardware Engineer to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and debugging electrical hardware and software. This role is pivotal in designing and creating new technology, as well as improving existing systems to enhance performance and functionality. This is a permanent position, offering a unique opportunity for the right individual to make a significant impact on our cutting-edge projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in electrical hardware engineering, with a focus on PCB, Circuit Design, and Electrical Systems Design.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop complex electrical hardware systems, ensuring product quality and reliability.
  • Create and modify schematics, PCB layouts, and bill of materials.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to identify and resolve design-related issues.
  • Conduct simulations and analyses to predict system performance and efficiency.
  • Perform system integration and testing to validate design specifications.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and validation reports.
  • Participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback and innovative solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and propose new technologies or methods to improve product performance and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in electrical hardware engineering.
  • Proficiency in PCB design, Circuit Design, and Electrical Systems Design.
  • Extensive experience with hardware debugging tools and software.
  • Strong knowledge of digital and analog circuit design.
  • Proven track record in designing and developing complex electrical systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements in the engineering industry.
  • Proficiency in using design and simulation software like AutoCAD, MATLAB, or similar.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
