About The Role
As the Director of Supplier Optimization, you'll be at the forefront of developing and executing strategic initiatives that optimize supplier performance. You'll collaborate closely with global teams to influence regional strategies, enhance deal negotiations, and leverage data-driven insights to maximize supplier yields. Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics will be key, allowing you to proactively address market changes and drive revenue growth while mitigating risks.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Developing and implementing strategic initiatives to optimize supplier performance and drive revenue growth.
Leading the development of regional strategies and influencing team initiatives.
Overseeing deal performance and providing strategic insights through data analysis.
Using analytics to maximize supplier yields and adapt to market dynamics.
Monitoring ongoing supplier performance and anticipating revenue implications.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate forecasting and effective contract management.
Managing contractual targets with travel suppliers to optimize revenue and mitigate risks.
What You Bring
Extensive experience in the travel industry, supplier relations, revenue management, or finance.
Strong Analytical Skills With Experience In Data-driven Decision-making.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
