Our client is looking to add a direct hire Director of Talent Acquisition to their team. This is a great opportunity to join a growing organization as a Player-Coach, leading a team of recruiters within the healthcare space while leveraging your provider network in this fully remote opportunity. Duties:
Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent for practices and home office support positions across all levels and functions including providers.
Lead a team of recruiters and recruiting managers, ensuring their ongoing development, engagement, performance, and effectiveness.
Source, screen, and assess candidates through a variety of methods, including sourcing databases, referrals, networking, and partners.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders.
Collaborate with the internal teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Manage recruiting data and metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree and 10 years' experience+ in healthcare recruitment with at least 3 years in provider recruiting (required)
5+ years of leadership experience required
Knowledge of current compensation trends and structures for clinical and non-clinical positions
Proven ability at managing high-performing recruiting teams and recruiting processes
Ability to travel up to 25%
