Our client, the largest and leading national provider in residential interior design solution technologies, has recently been acquired by a global PE firm and has retained our firm to find them a Director of Sales to add to their rapidly expanding team in the Northern California area.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, industry influencers, and stakeholders
- Manage and develop the existing sales team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with new customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales
- Professional-level verbal and written communication skills
- High level organizational and time management skills
- SAP Experience preferred
