Due to our growth, we are excited to add a Director of Operations to our Chicago team. This individual will develop and implement service delivery strategies to ensure high-quality customer service to exceed customer expectations. This individual will work cross-functionally to optimize service processes, analyze service performance metrics, and implement system improvements. In addition, this individual will lead and develop a team of operations managers.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Track record of developing and implementing service delivery strategies
- 3-4 years of experience using data analytics to identify, develop and implement system improvements
- 3-4 years experience leading a field-based teams with an emphasis on customer service and operational improvement
- 3- 4 years experience developing and monitoring service level agreements (SLAs)
- Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences
- Possess a valid and active driver's license
- The ability to lift 75 lbs
- The ability to bend, stoop, and stand for long periods
