This role marks a pivotal opportunity to join us as the inaugural Director of Account Management, shaping our playbook for the future. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Account Management team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Handle day-to-day communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Drive upselling opportunities by demonstrating our value proposition and optimizing services to meet client goals.
  • Identify bottlenecks and define internal and cross company processes that are related to account management.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, data and product development, to align efforts and achieve common goals.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or management position.
  • Big Advantage- previous experience with e-commerce companies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, building and maintaining relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in using data to inform decisions and strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
