As the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at MKS Instruments, you will partner with the business, HRBPs, and CoE’s to scale our rapidly growing Talent Acquisition function. This is both a strategic and hands-on role for someone who is a strong problem-solver, has exceptional project leadership, agility in a fast-paced environment, and an innate continuous improvement mindset.
You Will Make an Impact By:
As the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at MKS Instruments, you will partner with the business, HRBPs, and CoE’s to scale our rapidly growing Talent Acquisition function. This is both a strategic and hands-on role for someone who is a strong problem-solver, has exceptional project leadership, agility in a fast-paced environment, and an innate continuous improvement mindset.
You Will Make an Impact By:
- Continuing to build out a strategy for a scalable high-performing global Talent Acquisition team - Innovate and streamline the global hiring process to enhance efficiency and quality of hire while reducing cost per hire.
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team to build a reputation as strategic advisors who leverage actionable, data-driven talent insights and market intelligence focused on pipelining, building, and leveraging talent pools.
- Being a strong brand ambassador and ensuring our culture ‘comes to life’ through a positive candidate journey from initial engagement through onboarding – demonstrating inclusivity and a sense of belonging.
- Utilizing data analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
- Forging strategic connections with the in-house contingent labor program to align with the MKS hiring model and develop a global strategy.
- Working with our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) partner and Global Campus Manager to pinpoint strategic college partnerships, employee groups, recruitment events, tools, and job boards, optimizing recruitment efforts and enhancing diversity initiatives.
- BS/BA degree in relevant field; master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition leadership experience, with a track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering business results.
- Proven ability to execute TA strategies that align with organizational goals and drive sustainable growth and innovation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively engage and inspire stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience with Workday system.
- Previous HR Business Partner experience.
- Reporting Relationships: In this role, you will report to the Senior Director of Global Talent and Org Development.
