Job Title: Data Center Technician

Job Summary: As a Data Center Technician, you will be responsible for preparing systems for senior staff members to begin working on. This includes tasks such as installing equipment, managing logistics, and maintaining basic inventory. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a data center environment and be familiar with rack and stack systems.

Responsibilities

  • Install equipment and perform rack and stack procedures in the data center.
  • Manage logistics related to equipment delivery, storage, and deployment.
  • Maintain basic inventory records to ensure availability of necessary hardware.
  • Ensure that systems are prepared and operational for senior staff members to begin work.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in high tech industry
  • Familiarity with rack and stack systems.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
