Required Skills and Experience *
2+ years experience a customer service role for a physical product
General working knowledge of ERP systems
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and/or customer support ticketing systems
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Previous experience in science related field or Bachelors degree in a Science or Engineering-related field
Nice to Have Skills and Experience
Experience working with/ on scientific tools or instruments
Job Description *
Our client is looking for a Technical Support Representative to join their Product and applications group in Sarasota, FL. This team is a part of the larger marketing department and is responsible for supporting brand and its programs by providing accurate and timely product and application support to internal and external customers. This person will work closely with members of the Marketing, Sales, Quality and Operations teams to ensure that customer issues are solved and that the client provides an excellent level of customer service and support. They will respond to incoming support requests(via phone, email, video call and web form), troubleshoot issues, track returns, and input customer questions/ concerns. Outside of those duties, they will also work closely with Development, Quality Management and Sales team to report feedback that is relevant to them. We are looking for this person to have support experience with a physical product, specifically in a science related industry. This role will be onsite in their Sarasota office 5 days a week working 8-4:30pmET and is paying $22-25/hr . If this sounds like the role for you, apply today!
