We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support and Order Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, overseeing automated order flow, managing retailer portals, processing manual orders, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Responsibilities
- Provide clear, prompt, detailed, empathetic, and customer-oriented support to our consumers
- Oversee automated order flow via EDI/API platform, monitoring, solving, and documenting exceptions. Don’t worry, you don’t need to be an EDI/API guru, we’ve got you covered.
- Manage day-to-day of retailer portals, specifically issues relating to orders and fulfilment
- Input and process manual orders and requests in a timely manner
- Respond quickly and professionally to internal and external inquiries
- Acknowledge and help resolve customer issues with appropriate urgency
- Communicate and coordinate with cross functional team

- SAP (1 year of experience is required)
