Job Description

Hourly/Non-Exempt Position
Job Description
This position is an essential part of Gemini's administration team. This position will work directly with our customers and internal team members to provide an unrivaled customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on an assigned product or service.
- Process credits, debits, returns, and freight claims for all business divisions.
- Ensure all processes are completed efficiently, which include taking orders, shipping, and invoicing.
- Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
- Uses knowledge of a specific product, service, or other assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries or to forward to the appropriate staff.
- Process customer orders/changes according to the established department policies and procedures.
- Perform other job-related responsibilities as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Microsoft Office applications experience required.
- Be willing to spend significant time on the telephone.
- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Stand, walk, sit, handle, or feel objects/tools.
- Talk, hear, or smell.
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
